Description	Fluorescent SMAD2/3 Reporter Lentivirus (TGF-beta signaling pathway): High-quality, fluorescent lentiviral transcription factor (TF) reporter system that provides sensitive fluorescent readout for human/mouse SMAD family member 2 and 3 (SMAD2/3) activity in transduced cells. SMAD2/3 drives expression of the fluorescent reporter, making the product useful for the sensitive detection of TGF-beta signaling pathway activation. The transcription factor reporter lentivirus is purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation, and is ideal for studying SMAD2/3 and TGF-beta signaling pathway activity in difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
