Description	Reporter Positive Control Lentivirus: Ready-to-transduce lentiviral particles with constitutive expression of a fluorescent or luminescent reporter. The reporter positive control lentivirus is useful for transduction optimization studies, especially if the cells are very sensitive or difficult-to-transduce, or if the conditions required to activate the regular TF reporter are unknown. The positive control construct contains all the components of the regular TF reporters except that the response elements are composed of a synthetic sequence that drives constitutive reporter expression independent of specific pathway activity. An EF1a-driven selection marker is included like all of the regular TF reporters to allow you to easily establish stable cell lines. The lentiviral particles are purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation, and are ideal for use with difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
