The paracrine effect of stem cells has received more and more attention in recent years. In many diseases, stem cells promote tissue repair mechanisms. In addition to differentiation into cells of the repaired tissue, perhaps a more important method is the paracrine secretion of stem cells effect.
Recently, Prof. Pang Xining from the Basic Medical College of China Medical University published a study on "the mechanism of paracrine secretion of stem cells to promote skin tissue regeneration." Prof. Pang Xinning has a deep research in the field of stem cell paracrine. The paracrine effects of stem cells can improve the micro-environment of damaged tissues and initiate the proliferation and differentiation of tissue stem cells to repair injuries.
In terms of research ideas, the research experts proposed that the secretory spectrum, transcriptome analysis, mRNA and miRNA sequencing can be collected by the culture fluid containing paracrine products of stem cells, analyzing the proteins that may produce paracrine activity, and at the same time, focused analyze some microRNA with high expression levels .
The role of these proteins and microRNAs is studied in depth using antibody-neutralizing proteins or gene knockout methods. It is hoped that these molecules can directly improve the micro-environment of the damaged tissue and promote the regeneration of the tissue in order to achieve the purpose of treating skin damage.
