Description	Liposomal EDTA is designed for delivery of EDTA across the cell membranes. EDTA at an internal concentration of 30 mM is encapsulated in the liposome. The external EDTA concentration is 3 mM. To ensure the delivery efficiency, the lipid composition of the liposomal EDTA is the same as that for a liposomal drug in clinic which is HSPC: DSPE-PEG2000: cholesterol (3:1:1, mass ratio). The average size of liposomes is about 130 nm. The PEGylated Liposomal EDTA (Catalog No. PHPC002EDTA) includes 2 ml of 30 mM EDTA encapsulated in 7 mg/ml PEGylated liposomes. The external solution is 0.1 M NaCl.
