Assay was done inKinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTTusing Poly-(Glu4:Tyr) substrate (0.2mg/ml) and 20 uM ATP. Reaction wasdone at 30°C for 45 min. Amount of ATPtransferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).
Avoidfreeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted protein isnot recommended, if necessary, use carrierprotein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
