100 nM of biotinylatedTIGIT was incubated for 1 hour with theindicated concentration of CD155 (Cat.#71181) in a 10 ul reaction in with TIGITAssay Buffer. Chelate Acceptor beads wereadded and incubated for 30 min. followed byStrep-donor beads for 30 min and alphacounts were read.
The aggregation state of this product has been confirmed to be<10%. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to>=100 ug/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
