Notes	Assay run according to the Spike S1 (B.1.1.529 BA.1, Omicron Variant) (SARS-CoV-2): ACE2 TR-FRET Assay Kit (Biohippo #78358). 5 ng of ACE2-Eu, 400-fold diluted Dye-labeled acceptor, and various amounts of Spike S1(B) incubated for 1 hour at room temperature. TR-FRET measured at ex340 ± 20nm, em620 ± 10 nm; and ex340 ± 20nm, em665 ± 10 nm. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
