Application	Useful in conjunction with E1 and E2 for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Notes	50 ul reaction mix (4 mM ATP, 5 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM DTT, E1 (0.5 ug), E2 (2.8 ug), Biotin-Ubiquitin and RNF20 in 50 mM Tris (pH 7.4) incubate for 30 min at 37°C. Then add to streptavidin coated plates and incubate for 30 min at 37°C. Add antibody against RNF20, incubate 1 hour. Finally, incubate 1 hour with the HRP-labeled secondary antibody. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
