Assay conditions: enzyme was incubated in 50 mM Tris pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT, and 12.5 mM PNPP as a substrate for 2 hours at 37°C. Absorbance was read by Tecan spectraphotometer at 405 nm wavelength.
