Notes
Assay Conditions: 20 mM HEPES, pH 7.2, 100 mM NaCl, 3 mM DTT, 10 mM pNPP and PP2A. Assay was done at 37°C for 40 min, and the reaction progress was measured at 405 nm. Specific activity was calculated based on pNPP= 18,000 M-1cm-1.
Avoidfreeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted protein isnot recommended, if necessary, use carrierprotein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
