MW = 26 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

Application	Useful for studying protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies.
Notes	10 nM PD-1, Biotinlabeled (BPS Cat. #71109) was mixed with varying amounts of PD-L1, FLAG-tag (BPS Cat. #71183) in PD-1 Assay Buffer for 1 hr. at RT. FLAG-acceptor beads were added and incubated for 30 min at RT followed by strep-conjugated donor beads for 30 min at RT. Alpha counts were read. HiP indicates a high purity protein with>=90% purity as measured by gel filtration. The aggregation state of this product has been confirmed to be<10%. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to>=100 ug/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
