FLAG-acceptor beads (left) or Nickel-acceptorbeads (right) were added andincubated for 30 min at RT followed bystreptavidin-conjugated donor beads for 30min at RT. Alpha counts were read. This protein runs at ahigher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due toglycosylation. The aggregation state of this product has been confirmed to be<10%. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to>=100 ug/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
