Human Ras GTPase-activating protein 1, also known as p120GAP, RASA1, GAP and RASA, GenBank Accession No. NM_002890, a.a. 714-1047(end) with an N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in an E. coli cell expression system. MW=39 kDa.
Immunogen Region
714-1047(end)
Tag
N-terminal His-Tag
Formulation
40 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 20% glycerol.
Species
Human
Application
Useful for the study of RAS GTPase activation.
Notes
GTPase activity of KRAS(WT, 50ng) and KRAS(G12C, 100ng) were tested in the presence of various concentration of p120GAP (0 ng - 200 ng) and 2 uM GTP by using GTPase-Glo reagents (Promega). Reactions were done at room temperature for 80 min.
Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
