Enzyme reaction was performed in 50 ul kinase reaction buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.5 mM DTT) containing 50 uM ATP, 0.2 mg/ml ATF2 (BPS #40520) and 2-16 ng/ul MAPK10 for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was assayed using the Biohippo ATP quantification reagents.
Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
