Application	Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling
Notes	Add 50 ul reaction mix (20 mM phosphate buffer, pH 7.4 and LSD1) to microplate wells coated with the histone peptide substrate. Incubate at room temperature for 30 min. Add antibody against demethylated substrate, incubate 1 hr. Then, add secondary HRP-labeled antibody and incubate for 30 minutes. Finally, add HRP chemiluminescent substrates and read luminescence. Important: If you intend to assess LSD1 activity in an assay that analyzes hydrogen peroxide, such as BPS Catalog #50106 and #50107, please include a request for Peroxidase Rxn Grade LSD1 with your order. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
