GenBank Accession No. NM_002286, a.a. 23-450 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag technology. MW = 74.8 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

Notes	5 ul FGL1 was used with a final concentration of 100 nM along with 5 ul of titrated LAG3 (B) catalog #71147 titrated from 150-0 ng/rxn and incubated at room temperature for 1 hour. 10 ul 1:250-fold diluted Ni acceptor beads Perkin Elmer #AL108C were added to the plate and incubated at room temperature for 30 min. 10 ul 1:125-fold diluted Strep Donor Beads Perkin Elmer #67600025 were added and incubated at room temperature for 1 hour. The aggregation state of this product has been confirmed to be<10%. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to>=100 ug/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
