Human KIR2DL2, also known as Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL2, CD158K, or NKAT-4, GenBank Accession No. NM_014219, a.a. 22-245 fused at the C terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-tag and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=53 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be>=90%. This protein runs at a higher MW due to glycosylation.
