40 mM Tris (pH 7.4), 10 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 100 uM ATP, and 500 uM Jaktide as a substrate at 30°C for 20 min. ADP-Glo reagents (Promega) are used to measure the amount of ATP transferred during the catalysis.
