Notes	100 ng of IL-17A wascoated onto a 96-well plate overnight. Theindicated amount of IL-17RA (BPS Cat.#91013), Biotin was added in IL-17 AssayBuffer and allowed to incubate at roomtemperature for 2 hr. Strep-HRP was added,followed by chemiluminescent substrate anddetection. The aggregation state of this product has been confirmed to be<10%. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to>= 100 g/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
