Description	Recombinant Human TNF receptor 2 (CD120b) activity was determined by the ability to inhibit the TNF Alpha mediated cytotoxicity in the L929 mouse fibrosarcoma cells in the presence of the metabolic inhibitor actinomycin D. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.2-0.8 Mu g/mL in the presence of 0.15 ng/mL recombinant Human TNF Alpha.
