Assay was performed in 100 ul HCV assay buffer containing 50 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT, 10% glycerol, and 5 uM fluorescently labeled HCV substrate peptide. Reaction was continuously monitored at room temperature for 20 min at ex350/em500.
