Human FcRn also known as neonatal Fc receptor is a heterodimer of FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter) and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), GenBank Accession numbers NM_001136019 and NM_004048; a.a. 24-297 and a.a. 1-119 respectively. FCGRT has a C-terminal His-Avi-tag. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag technology. These proteins are co-expressed in a HEK293 expression system. MW = 48 kDa
