Application	Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Notes	Assay was run according to CDK12/Cyclin K Kinase Assay Kit (Biohippo #78298) in a Kinase buffer containing 2 mM DTT using 0.4 mg/ml CDK12/CyclinK substrate as a substrate with 10 uM ATP at 30°C for 90 min. The amount of ATP transferred from autophosphorylation as well as substrate phosphorylation was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
