Application	Useful for studying enzyme kinetics, substrate specificity, and screening inhibitors.
Notes	Assay was done in 50 uL assay buffer containing 40 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/ml BSA and 40 uM AMP for 20 min at 37°C. Inorganic phosphate produced was measured using Biomol Green (Enzo Life Science) reagent. Avoidfreeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted protein isnot recommended, if necessary, use carrierprotein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
