Description	Mouse CD73, also known as 5'-nucleotidase and Ecto-5'-nucleotidase, GenBank Accession No. NM_011851, a.a. 29-549 with C-terminal Avi-His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 61 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Background	CD73, or cluster of differentiation 73, is an enzyme which hydrolyzes AMP to adenosine. Increased concentrations of adenosine in the microenvironment has an immunosuppressive effect and promotes tumor cell growth.
