Notes	Add CD39 enzyme to 50 ul reaction mix containing 0.5 mM ATP and 10 mM CaCl2. Incubate 1h at RT with slow shaking. Add 50 ul GLO Max to every well. Finally, read luminescence. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
