Notes	Add CD38 enzyme to 50 ul reaction mix containing NGD+ (Nicotinamide Guanine Dinucleotide). Incubate 4 min at room temperature. Read fluorescence (lambda exc=300 nm, lambda em=410 nm). Protect from light. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
