Human CD30, Fc fusion protein, with C-terminal Avi-Tag, Biotin-Labeled, also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 8, and TNFRSF8, GenBank Accession No. NM_001243.4, a.a. 19-379 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 67 kDa. This protein is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc region of human IgG1 and is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-tag technology. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
