Notes
CD155, His-tagbinding to TIGIT was confirmed according tothe protocol for BPS Cat. 72029. Briefly, 4ng of TIGIT-biotin was mixed with varyingamounts of CD155, His-tag in TIGIT assaybuffer at a final volume of 10 ul and allowedto incubate for 1 hr at room temp. Nickleacceptor beads were added for 30 min, followed by Strep-conjugated acceptorbeads for 30 min and reading alpha-counts.
The aggregation state of this product has been confirmed to be<10%. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to>=100 ug/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
