Application	Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Notes	BET Ligand (Cat. #33000) was incubated with un-tagged BRD4 for 15 min at room temperature in 1X BRD assay buffer. GST-tagged BRD4 (Cat. #31044) was added and incubated for 20 minutes followed by addition of 20 ul mixture of GSH Acceptor beads and Streptavidin-Donor beads for AlphaScreen analysis. Total reaction mixture was incubated for 35 minutes and the AlphaScreen signal was measured by EnSpire Multilabel Plate Reader (PerkinElmer). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
