Human Bromodomain containing 3, also known as BRD3 or RING3L, GenBank Accession No. NM_007371, a.a. 29 - 417 corresponding to bromodomains 1 and 2, with N-terminal His-tag, MW = 44.2 kDa, expressed in an E. coli expression system
host species: E. coli
Host species: E. coli
Immunogen Region
29-471
Tag
N-terminal His-tag
Formulation
40 mM HEPES, pH 7.2, 290 mM NaCl, and 20% glycerol.
Species
Human
Application
Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Notes
BRD3 protein is incubated with biotinylated acetyl-histone peptide substrate (Cat. #33000) in BRD assay buffer (Cat. #33001) in a 10 ul reaction for 1 hour at RT. AlphaLISA Ni acceptor beads (PerkinElmer) are added, followed by Alphascreen Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer). After 1 hour incubation at RT, Alphacounts are measured.
Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
