Notes
Reaction was performed in a kinase buffer (40 mM Tris, 10 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/ml BSA)containing 2 ug inactive MEK1 (BPS #40075), 5 uM ATP, and 0.1 - 1.6 ng/ul BRAF for 60 minutes at room temperature. The amount of ATP transferred was measured by BPS ATP quantification reagents.
Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
