Application	Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling
Notes	Enzyme reactions include 40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mg/mL BSA, 10 uM ATP, 0.2 mg/mL casein, 3 mM DTT, and various amounts of ALK2 incubated 45 minutes at 30 °C. Followed by addition of 25 uL of BPS ADP-Glo reagent incubated 45 minutes at room temperature. Followed by addition of 50 ul of BPS Kinase Detection Reagent incubated 45 minutes at room temperature. Luminescence was measured. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended. If necessary, use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
