Recombinant human AKT2 (GenBank Accession No. NM_001626), full length with N-terminal His-tag, MW=60.2 kDa, was expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. The purified AKT2 is activated in vitro using PDK1 enzyme.
