Notes	Add 40 ul of 3CL protease diluted in 1x assay buffer. Start the reaction by adding 10 ul of diluted substrate. Immediately place plate in plate reader. Read kinetics for 60 min (lambdaexc=360 nm, lambdaem=460 nm). Total volume is 50 ul. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
