Rat Bone Marrow Dendritic Cells from Cell Biologics are isolated from Sprague-Dawley rat tibias and femurs. Cells at passage 0 are cryo-preserved and each vial contains 5x10^6 cells per ml. Rat Bone Marrow Dendritic Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of CD11c. These cells will not proliferate in culture and cannot be passaged.
