Human PSA-NCAM+ neuronal cells are from a single donor and purified using magnetic cell separation. These cells are greater than 90 % pure as assessed by flow cytometry. Human PSA-NCAM+ neuronal cells enable researchers to produce various sensory neurons, motor neurons, and their precursors found in the central nervous system.
