Chronic Lymphoid Leukemia-Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are isolated by diluting Chronic Myeloid Leukemia bone marrow with phosphate-buffered saline and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Chronic Lymphoid LeukemiaBone Marrow- Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. They are available in either untreated or relapsed/refractory stages.
