Description

2xHieff^TM Ultra-Rapid II HotStart PCR Master Mix contains heat-stabilized Taq DNA Polymerase modified with antibodies, adds strong elongation factor and optimized buffer system, and has super high amplification efficiency. It is very suitable for PCR amplification of most colonies such as E. coli, Agrobacterium, and yeast. The extension speed of amplification of complex templates within 3 kb can reach 1 sec/kb, 3-6 kb to 3 sec/kb, 6-10 kb to 5 sec/kb and 10 kb to 10 sec/kb; the amplification speed of simple templates such as plasmid within 6 kb can reach 1 sec/kb, which can greatly save PCR reaction time. Meanwhile, Mix contains dNTPs, Mg2+, and it can be amplified only with adding primers and template. In addition, Mix contains red tracer dye, which can be used by electrophoresis directly after the end of the reaction. The protective agent added to the system enables the product to maintain a stable activity after repeated freezing and thawing. The 3 end of the PCR product bands A and can be easily cloned into the T vector.

E. coli colony limit extension time amplification test, the extension efficiency of 3 kb fragments amplified by 10167ES can reach 1 sec/kb, 6 kb fragment amplification efficiency can reach 3 sec/kb, and 6-10 kb fragment amplification efficiency can reach 5 sec/kb. M: 10,000 DNA Marker (10505ES).

10167ES amplifies 5-15 kb λDNA, with an extension efficiency of 1 sec/kb for fragments within 5-10 kb, and 3 sec/kb for 15 kb fragments. M: 10,000 DNA Marker (10505ES).

10167ES remains stable after 100 freeze-thaw cycles, still capable of amplifying 5 kb λDNA and 5 kb human gDNA. M: 10,000 DNA Marker (10505ES).

10167ES remains stable after being heated at 37°C for 14 days, still capable of amplifying E. coli, Agrobacterium, and yeast colonies. M: 10,000 DNA Marker (10505ES).

10167 amplifies 1.1 kb E. coli colonies, gene source: Methanobrevibacter smithii (GC 30%), high detection rate, high band brightness, better performance than competitors, correct sequencing results. Extension time is 15 sec/kb. Number of cycles: 30 cycles.

Amplification of a 3 kb (GC 38%) Bacillus cereus colony with 10167, with an ultra-fast amplification speed of up to 1 sec/kb, resulting in high yield and superior performance compared to competitors. The number of cycles was 35.

10167 amplifies 2.5 kb Agrobacterium colonies, high amplification efficiency, 100% detection rate. Extension time is 10 sec/kb. Number of cycles: 35 cycles.
