Background	Streptavidin R-PE can be used in conjunction with biotinylated antibodies as an avidin/biotin labeling system for flow cytometry.
Formulation	50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 500 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 15% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% Sodium Azide.
Host	CHO cells

Purity	Purified streptavidin was covalently conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) and the conjugate isolated by size exclusion chromatography. Product is at 90 ?g/ml. A567/A280 = 3.7.
Storage	Store at 2 - 5°C. Do not freeze! Protect from light.
Storage Buffer	50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 0.5 mg/ml Gentamicin sulfate (as a preservative).
