Background	Antibodies to human CD17 react with lactosylceramide which is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, platelets, and basophils (1). CD17 expression is downmodulated on activated granulocytes. Antibody Huly-m13 recognizes CD17 on myeloid cells.

Specificity	Antibody Huly-m13 requires CD17 on human myeloid cells. It does not recognize Mouse LacCer (6).

Purity	Antibody from (low FBS containing) tissue culture supernatant was purified to 95% Mouseimmunoglobulin by SDS-PAGE (<1% Bovine immunoglobulin) using size exclusion chromatography.
Storage	Store at 2 - 5°C. Do not Freeze!
Storage Buffer	50 mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100 mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 0.5 mg/ml Gentamicin Sulfate (as a preservative).
