Background	Human CD13 is a zinc-binding aminopeptidase-N enzyme expressed on the surface of myeloidcells. IL-4 will upregulate expression of CD13 which may play an anti-inflammatory role. Antibody 22A5 recognizes the cell surface aminopeptidase-N enzyme.
