Description	Fluorescent GAS Reporter Lentivirus (IFNgamma/JAK/STAT1 Pathway): High-quality lentiviral reporter system that provides fluorescent readout in response to interferon gamma-activated sites (GAS) transcriptional activation in human/mouse cells, useful for monitoring interferon gamma-induced signal transduction (i.e. IFNgamma/JAK/STAT1) pathway activity. The lentiviral particles are purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation, and are ideal for studying IFNgamma/JAK/STAT1 pathway activity in difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
