Sample Availability	Note: Serum and Plasma samples, and other sample types mayneed pre-treatment to release IGF-I and IGF-II for accuratemeasurement. An acid-ethanol extraction method described by: Breier,et al, ( J. Endocrinology; 1991; V128; 347-357) may be useful.Appropriate pre-treatment method for sample type and experimentalconditions should be determined by investigator.
