Titer of HRP-118-6 The 0.25 µg/ml of SAM coating standard (Cat # ACT00201) was coated on micro-titer wells. The HRP-118-6 was serially diluted and added to the wells. After incubation of about 60 minutes, substrates were added and OD450 was measured.
