This product is optimized 10× capping buffer and is efficient for mRNA capping reaction and 5'end labeling reaction. The formulation of the product: 0.5 M Tris-HCl, 50 mM KCl, 10 mM MgCl2, 10 mM DTT, pH 8.0 at 25℃

This product is produced in accordance with GMP regulations and provided in a liquid form.
