Unique to StressMarq’s product line is the ability to order any one of over 350 primary antibodies conjugated to 17 different labels. Conjugate options include Biotin, Streptavidin, Alkaline Phosphatase, HRP, as well as a complete range of fluorescent dyes including nine ATTO dyes, FITC, R-PE, PerCP and APC.
Within the available fluorescent conjugates available from StressMarq are the ATTO dyes. Relatively new, this fluorescent dye technology has been designed to have (relative to the more widely used fluorescent dyes) a stronger absorption, higher fluorescence quantum yield and higher photostability. In other words, these dyes are more efficient and stable. These fluorescent labels can be employed for a variety of applications, including immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, FRET and fluorescence spectroscopy techniques. The efficiency and photostability of the ATTO dyes are particularly useful when used with time-resolved spectroscopy techniques.
Ordering your custom-conjugated antibody online is easy and quick. From the StressMarq website, simply choose your antibody and select a conjugate from the drop-down box to add it to your shopping cart.
When planning out a multicolour fluorescent antibody panel, it often becomes a struggle to choose optimized antibody-colour combinations. Including a StressMarq antibody in your panel will allow you to easily fit it into your plan without having to modify the antibodies you already have. If none of the ATTO dyes are adequate for your panel, we also provide our antibodies conjugated to FITC, R-PE, APC and PerCP. And if your experiments require techniques like Western Blot, Immunohistochemisty or ELISA, StressMarq has a selection of the most common protein and enzyme conjugates for those applications, including Streptavidin, Alkaline Phosphatase and HRP.
StressMarq Biosciences’ antibody conjugates provide a time and cost effective option that, with the large selection of antibodies available, make it as easy as possible to find the antibody/conjugate combination that you need for your research.
