General Information
Human Primary Mammary Epithelial Cells from Cell Biologics are tested for expression of markers using antibody, E-cadherin (Catalog No. 610182 BD) or ZO-1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog No. 617300; Life Technologies) by immunofluorescence staining. All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. Per request, a Certificate of Analysis will be provided for each cell lot purchased. Cells can be expanded for 2-4 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
