The mouse ADCC Reporter cells (mFcgammaRIV /NFAT-Jurkat cells) are recombinant Jurkat T cell expressing firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFAT response elements with constitutive expression of mouse FcgammaRIV (NM_144559.2).
Mycoplasma testing: This cell line has been screened using the Venor GeM Mycoplasma Detection Kit, PCR Based (Sigma, #MP0025) to confirm the absence of Mycoplasma contamination.
