The product contains 6 pre-stained standard protein of known molecular weight, each content is about 40ug, the original molecular weight range is 14.4kD-97.4kD, the molecular weight will change slightly after pre-dyeing.

The product with 6 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range molecular weights for 14.4kD-97.4kD. Each protein content is about 40ug。The molecular has small change after pre-staining which can directly observe the state of protein electrophoresis and to clearly judge the transmembrane effect of Western Blot. Six blue bands can be obtained afterSDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis.

Instruction:

1. After opening, add 200 μl of 1× protein loading buffer, heat in a boiling water bath for 3-5 minutes, and dispensed into 10 μl per tube, store at -20 ° C, and take one tube at a time.

2. After long term preserved, preheat the tube 3-5min before electrophoresis.

3. Suggest the concentration of separating gel is 12%.
